The Compassionate Closet at www.hospicethriftstore.ca (“Website”) is governed by the following Terms & Conditions policy (“Terms & Conditions”).

Refund Policy

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, replacements or offer refunds.  All of our items are given to us from donors who trust that our Tax Receipt Policies will be upheld.  If you wish, you are able to return any items to us for resale under your name.
